Statement

Our Company attaches great importance to the process of processing, security and protection of your personal data, in whatever capacity you cooperate or communicate with us (such as, for example, prospective or active Customers, Suppliers, Partners, Employees, website visitors or generally third parties cooperating with the Company ).

Processing of personal data

The Company will process personal data for the following processing purposes, in the context of the relationship between us or if you have given us your express and specific consent, per service, namely:

  • For the provision of remote technical support services, KLS, KLE, security, additional and specialized services
  • For your support/information regarding the Company’s services, response to your requests and queries, as well as information and response to your suggestions and comments on improving our services
  • To manage and analyze website traffic and improve your experience and to provide you with information related to our services, as well as for promotions.
  • For internal operations and analysis such as internal management, use of management, invoicing, accounting, billing and control information systems.

Principles of collection and processing

The Company applies the Processing Principles of GDPR 2016/679 (legality, objectivity, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage time limitation, integrity, confidentiality and accountability).

The Company protects and ensures your Rights regarding the processing of your Personal Data (update, access, correction, deletion, limitation of processing, portability, opposition and non-automated decision-making based on profiles, as specified in GDPR and Greek legislation). The above apply without any discrimination and are applied to all processing performed and to all services provided by the Company.

Ways of collecting personal data

The Company collects personal data with your consent, which is provided by accepting the use of each of our services, such as:

  • when you call our numbers for service, when you send us an email or fill out a request for information / sending information material.

The Company does not transfer your personal data to third parties except when required by the Legislation and to the extent that this is required to complete our relevant business activities or for our mediation.

Such third parties may be official government bodies when we are called upon to comply with the law (for example in relation to our employees), or to prevent unlawful actions against us and our Customers (eg fraud, defamation , insult to personality, etc.) or Insurance Organizations to insure our staff. 

At the Company we select reliable Partners and place contractual restrictions on the third parties to whom we transfer or have access to your personal data, to ensure that they process it in accordance with this Policy and applicable European and international data protection laws.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal information is transferred, stored and processed in accordance with security standards and procedures and in accordance with the terms of this Policy and applicable data protection laws. 

In the Company we have appropriate security policies and use appropriate technical and operational tools where possible, such as anonymization, pseudonymization, data encryption, use of firewalls, establishment of access levels, authorized employees, staff training, periodic audits, compliance with international security and business continuity standards . 

Any of our partners who have access to the above information, uses it to exclusively serve the above purposes.

Any changes to this Policy will apply to information collected from the date the revised version is posted, as well as to existing information we hold. The use of the website after the publication of changes implies the acceptance of these changes.
