How it works
- Free study of Facility Vulnerability and danger and threat assessment. This is done by an expert advisor, Greek Police Major General.
- We suggest and choose together the outdoor spaces to check every night.
- We install the right modern equipment, without buying it yourselves necessarily.
- This equipment will be nothing like the already existent cameras in your space.
- Our certified 24hour Center watches every outside movement during nighttime (20:00-7:00) in the areas we have chosen together.
- The hours can be extended e.g. a full weekend, or holidays, depending on your needs.
- When movement is caused by animals, objects, weather, etc, we don’t disturb anyone. In the event of criminals, we make an announcement through the loudspeakers we have installed in every camera. They run away and we alert the Police and the Authorities. In the event of employees -entering the space during the watching hours- a check is performed through the loudspeakers and a code is asked.
- We send an email with a picture of any intruder, man or vehicle during watching hours.
- We send daily emails with all actions of our personnel for you, to confirm our services and actions.

24 hours Image Watching Center services
- VISUAL CONFIRMATION of alarms by the Alarm System.

- REMOTE-UNSEEN GUARD, an extra service by our 24 hours Center. This service uses Artificial Intelligence ( to reliably detect people and vehicle movement) and is combined with the following useful services:
- In the event of people and vehicle movement during watch hours, automated ready videos are sent to the Watch Center for checking. This way, the user (remote guard) knows exactly what caused the alarm.
- Saving the videos with a cause for alarm at the Watch Center.
- Live announcement to the camera loudspeaker to deter criminals and alert the Police and the Authorities (when necessary).
- At every intrusion by people or vehicles during watch hours, an email is sent to the client with a picture of the movement attached. At the end of every day, an email is sent with the checks and actions of the Watch Center personnel, so that you have control of the services you pay for.
- Constant supervision of the camera connection to the 24 hours center. Video Analytics of the cameras are adjusted when necessary, (Adjustment to the needs, specificities or problems of the space).
- Every week, the correct recording and camera image quality is checked. Client is informed via email.
- Every week, the correct function of the loudspeakers is checked.
- Every 6 months, the camera traps are checked locally and the client is informed about the result via Video.
